I wanted to try one before buying a bulk pack. The original variety isn't available for me since I quit prime. I don't put much stock in the exfoliating volcanic minerals. They don't add scrubbing power that you wouldn't already have from a plain old washcloth. Honestly, I just want a clean scented soap. Those little rocks... you might as well be dumping sand into your drains. The scent is sort of a coco-nutty, new car smell. Its not really heavy. I don't notice it after a shower, but it does seem to linger in the bathroom so maybe its one of those smells you sort of adjust to after a while and stop noticing?
